For God's Sake Please Don't Disturb Me

Pain Is A Reaction To Attachment

Free Flowing Holistic Energy
Born Out of Self-Communion

Can we Directly And Holistically Commune With Our Emotional-Selves?

If we fail to directly inquire into the nature of our mind, we shall be forever bound and doomed to being callous, vicious, greedy, brutal and corrupt (by being hypocritical or contradictory).

A psychologically-ignorant mind that is out of touch with itself and refuses to understand how it thinks and feels is a monster (that excuses, rationalizes and justifies whatever it does just so long as it pleases and gratifies its own emotional desire).

So if you care to learn about yourself and stop contributing to the destruction of the world, then let's probe into ourselves, together as equals -- nobody is the authority.

All that is important is that we find out for ourselves exactly what our mind is actually doing (without any judgment, condemnation, defense or desire to alter what we find out).

In "negatively" approaching our minds through finding out what is false , we then discover The Truth (not imagined by our emotional desire of what the truth should be).

We learn in the present moments through our pure direct observation of exactly what we are thinking and feeling; learning through watching is the only action.

Also, when we question ourselves, we are not asking our past background for an answer.

We are allowing the question itself to resinate in our being by merely feeling the question, not expecting to fill in the blank.

If you fill in the blank you will be deceiving yourself by giving yourself (false) answers that only serve to gratify your desire likes & dislikes. That's how our mind hides from itself and maintains psychological ignorance (which means "TO IGNORE" what we are emotionally doing).

The Art Of Listening

So let's begin inquiring and learning together...

What is ones "actual" relationship with another person?

Why does one fear losing somebody?

What is the agony of being emotionally attached to someone but they refuse to emotionally attach themselves to you?

What is this suffering and confusion of "broken hearted" affairs born out of the fear of being emotionally attached or detached?

What is the origin of psychological fear? We are conditioned/trained to "avoid facing fear."

Can one observe the fact, the actuality, the happening, which is taking place right now (whatever the fearful emotional reactions, the attachments, the thoughts and feelings are); can we face them, commune with them -- look at them as they arise?

Can we be in touch with how we think/feel without seeking a way out because it is unpleasant?

The problem is that the mind of Humanity never goes into deep self-investigation; we never find out for ourselves if it is possible to pay complete attention to our emotional responses in our daily interactions while going about our mundane affairs. Why can we simply look at what we think/feel from each present moment?

Just to PSYCHOLOGICALLY OBSERVE WHAT IS "ACTUALLY" TAKING PLACE (no matter what mental response may bloom)!

Is it possible to "commune" with or be in "holistic" contact with anything and everything that our emotional-mind thinks or feels, regardless if it is imaginary or actual?

Can each one of us find out if it is possible for our mind to simply study itself without any opposition or tampering with its self-observation or self-examination of its emotional responses? Can we ever stay with this inquiry?

Can we face the problem that we are emotionally attached to somebody? Why do I depend on someone to support and approve of whatever I feel or think?

Why do we cling to, hold onto some emotional experience, dogma, ritual, belief or some person?

Can we detect the actual implications and consequences of being psychological attached?

For example, one is identified with or attached to past emotional experiences from which one has had remembrances, and hanging onto experiences and memories -- never letting go.

Or, one clings to various ideals. All the clergymen, lawyers, politicians, songwriters, screenwriters, entertainers of all kinds or any organized group or gang leaders hold onto and also impose their ideals upon everyone. This is another form of psychological attachment or psychological identification.

And, our parents have imposed their ideals upon their children, as well as children start doing the same thing with each other, with their siblings or with their school mates.

And, fundamentally, in our relationships we are emotionally attached or identified with a person.

Without question, we have habitually conformed to various forms of beliefs and routines.

Now, can we stay with those facts that we are psychologically attached, and impartially watch it?

And, let the whole nature of emotional attachment/identification expose itself by allowing it to tell its story -- instead of you making declarations that you have to be attached or that you must not be attached, and so forth.

Is it possible for the "story of attachment" to reveal itself by simply paying attention to it?

When one says that, "I must not allow myself to be attached or that I have to be attached in order to live in this world or else I shall be blown away"; then that's my fear of getting in touch with my actual feelings, isn't it?

Therefore, I am blocking my emotional nature from presenting itself in order to be studied and understood through my self-examination.

A Different Way Of Life

The reason that we do not study our emotional thoughts and feelings and then let them naturally wither away and die is because we imagine that...

A.)   I might be "Left out in the cold" -- LONELY.

B.)   I might lose my social status of "respectability."

B.)   I might lose my prestigious community or job position.

D.)   I might lose my "friends" or a spouse.

E.)   I might be emotionally black-listed by my relatives.

...And, from that loss, one feels emotionally wounded/hurt, as a result, I feel broken-hearted,  jealous, anxious, depressed, hateful, irritable, etc. All of this are the implications and consequences of being emotionally attached (to a belief, symbol, doctrine or person).

Can I simply study my emotional responses by remaining with any emotional attachment that arises? And, stay in direct, full contact with every bit of whatever I'm emotionally thinking/feeling?

Let my emotional nature of attachment "tell its entire story" and thereby reveal its whole psychological nature to itself.

So is it possible to actually be fully and holistically aware of my emotional-self, without a single deviation away from that attention to listen to that story of attachment?

Why is it that we find it so difficult to remain with the observation of our emotional attachments (especially with those attachments that are disturbingly unpleasant, at times)?

The main challenge is: can I be free to listen to my "story of emotional attachment" rather than me telling my attachment "What It Should Be"?

Do you understand?

Can you do that? Otherwise, one is just being amused by verbiage.

So that the "emotional attachment," itself, can reveal and expose its entire nature exactly as it is, and not necessarily the way "I would like it to be."

It is like watching a blooming flower when you watch it very, very closely and carefully; you see every single detail of the WHOLE thing.

It is possible to watch this intensity of "emotional attachment" bloom? Can I follow its every expressive movement while it unfolds its full fragrance and take it all in, completely?

Would you like to explore all of this?

You can go on the Internet and watch the time lapse of all the blooming stages of a flower. I challenge you to go "actually watch" the flower starting from the budding state of being; then watch as it slowly blossoms all the way until its pedals falls off and then the flower withers away and eventually dies.

In the same way, perhaps we could watch this same sense of emotional attachment. Let it flower, without your thought (as the censor) telling it "What It Should Do."

So when I am emotionally attached or dependent on a person for their approval of whatever I say or do, can I be fully aware of the fact that "I am in that emotional state of being attached to that person"?

How do I know that I am "emotionally holding onto" another person -- seeking emotional comfort from that person?

And, how do I know or detect that another person is demanding that I give emotional comfort so that we are dependent on each other to fulfill in that emotional demand or desire?

Or...

Do I discover that I am attached through the emotional pain and distress of jealousy, anxiety and frustration with the other person? Then, I realize that I am attached. Right?

I realize that I am emotionally dependent on another person whenever I don't get comforted, I become disturbed and aroused to a point of seeking some form of retaliation.

And, others do the same toward me whenever I fail to fulfill their emotional demands from me.

Let's take, for instance, the personal relationship between man and women...

The woman seeks the emotional approval of whatever she thinks, feels, says and does. Likewise, the man seeks the same emotional comfort from her. Whenever either party fails to get emotional fulfillment from the other, do they not begin to argue and fight each other?

So for instance...

You tell me, as a friend, that if you get involved with emotional attachment, you are going to pay for it. Let's say... I don't pay much attention to your kind warning. Because, "I like being emotionally attached"; "I like this feeling that somebody "owns me" and that "I own somebody." It makes the "Me" (the "Ego") feel important, psychologically.

One is addicted to the idea of emotionally possessing another person, and also being possessed by another person, as well. This gives one a sense of "emotional gratification."

How do I know the "actual fact or reality" that I am "emotionally attached"?

I don't know... until something devastating happens in that relationship.

I only realize that I am attached or someone is emotionally attached to me when some kind of painfully dramatic happening suddenly erupts in that relationship, which causes a deadly physical damage or destruction, as a result.

Is it possible to instantly observe and be in full contact with my "actual" painful reaction that comes out of being emotionally attached and dependent on another person?

And, can I also instantly observe this WHOLE painful emotional reaction that the other person has when I fail to  emotionally gratify him or her with comforting false statements?

And, in my instant-observation end my emotional attachment, now!

Or...

Must I go through years and years of traumatic suffering to be free of emotional attachment, and finally, at last, give it up?

So can you or I watch our pain that arises out of the failure to be emotionally gratified?

Listening Is A Great Miracle

Can you or I watch our physical security get trashed as a result of fulfilling another person's emotional demand to be emotionally gratified?

Is it possible to watch my whole emotional response toward attachment or dependency?

Is it possible to instantly see or detect the entire nature of emotional attachment with all of its implications? =>>  And, be instantly finished with attachment, altogether.

If you and I can do that, we can avert the inevitable suffering that goes with being attached, provided we can fully understand the implications or consequences of being attached to someone or someone being attached to me.

So the main question to explore is whether or not I/you can watch/detect when emotional attachment presents itself in our daily relationships?

This challenge is in the here and now...

Is it possible to watch your emotional cravings in each present moment of your life? Just like breathing each moment of your life -- can you be alert to the emotional happenings as you respond to people inviting you to psychologically gratify, depend and be attached to them?

Can you sense the inherent danger in fulfilling or seeking emotional fulfillment?

Can you learn about yourself instantly?

There are two kinds of learning...

There the type of learning that is the result of accumulating some information and then acting according to that knowledge that has been stored up in your memory.

So what we generally do is wait for the disastrous consequences to take place and then try to learn from that tragic outcome. But we never do. We continue to seek attachment and allow ourselves to be attached to others, which begets yet another catastrophe.

Or there is a complete different kind of learning where...

Learning through the instantaneous listening and observation to whatever is occurring in each present moment.

This type of instant-learning through holistic self-vigilance is non-accumulative -- it is the constant purging and regeneration of the mind by viewing ones conditioning toward being emotionally attached.

This learning brings about "fresh-new" perceptions which naturally breaks the continuity of attachment.

This type of learning has no "choice" or "willpower." The thing that breaks the attachment is in the very communion or observation with your state of being attached.

Once you are fully aware of the problem of attachment, the problem of attachment is purged through that very awareness, itself.

Do you get it?

[*Note:  You can't just verbally get it. You must do it yourself in order to "actually" get it.]

Let's explore attachment/gratification further...

Suppose I am attached to my emotional wound or hurt.

I like that wound; I psychologically hold onto it.
It gives me an anchor around which I can worry and quarrel.
I like to indulge in carrying on my self-deceptive game that I play with myself.
Can I watch that wound, which I received from childhood, and allow the whole thing bloom?
(Without my forcing it to bloom: denying it, controlling it, loving it and holding on to it.)
Simply let that thing blossom and see what takes place.

Notice your conditioned reaction is so quick to jump to a conclusion and assume that it will be too painful to do it.

so you've just blocked yourself from allowing the "nature of attachment" to tell its story

(When you tell yourself that looking at your emotional responses "will be painful").

Your mind has conjured up a belief or speculation (an abstraction) about "what might happen" if I observe emotional attachment. Then it treats that concept like a reality.

So...

There's a sense of apprehension which prevents me/you from actually looking or being in touch with the fact.

We have been indoctrinated to "not be concerned" about watching and learning about our own emotional nature, which brings about a feeling of apprehension toward examining ourselves.

Or...

You are satisfied with the state you are in and you don't want to find out if it is disorderly and destructive.

"For God's sake, please don't disturb me"!
(The ignorant mind says.)

"I'm attached; I'm wounded; I'm hurt -- don't disturb that. Let it remain there because I have become comfortably numb with it."

And, it makes me feel a sense of egotistical "importance," which makes me think that I am psychologically safe. So I remain in there crystallized and enclosed in my delusion -- just like a drug addict feels safe in their hallucinations.

So the ignorant mind insists that you not disturb his emotional, habitual state of existence.

Is that what is happening with you?

It doesn't have to only be attachment; it can be whatever you are feeling (i.e., anger, envy, hate, etc.) -- can you just watch it blossom and die just like a storm passing by?

You don't, first, find out if your mind can quietly remain with its observation of the fact of any state of being you are currently in.

What Is The Point Of Education?

Can you do that -- remain with the fact of my craving emotional gratification through attachment or possessiveness?

The thing we call "fear" may naturally dissolve, through its own flowering (which is when it has been allowed to tell its story), and we remain with listening to it.

Example...

Suppose I am angry.

At the second that anger appears, there is no emotional identification with it.
A few seconds later, the whole business of emotional identification begins:

"I should not feel that way; I must get rid of it; I don't like it," or vice versa.

There is the desire to change, dominate, control, improve whatever I initially felt.

So instead of suppressing anger, which only intensifies that feeling, pay close attention to it.

In watching  anger, it expands to its full length, then it comes to an end -- like the ending of a story.

But in watching anger, without any movement away from watching it, allow that feeling to fully bloom to reveal itself in all its glory, and then it naturally withers away. Just like a dead leaf naturally falls to the ground, without plucking that leaf.

When most people inquire into all of this they try to avoid being in contact with what is happening in themselves by asking for endless explanations.

Such seeking answers through explanation is wastage of energy crippling your ability to look and be in touch with your emotional attachment. So you remain trapped in attachment.

If a person is having difficulty with all this it simply because the mind does not wish to learn.

In other words, what makes this hard to understand is that the mind is not eager to find out about itself.

So the mind pretends to be interested in learning about itself by playing intellectual or verbal games of seeking endless explanations about this inquiry as a scheme of postponement of studying oneself through watching what it is feeling.

We are learning about ourselves when we tell each other what we think or believe is going on. So we are attached to what we assume to be true (that is what a belief is).

Therefore, our minds have been programmed to be emotionally attached to whatever we want to be true, and then treat that like it is a fact just because we wish it to be so. Here there is no learning at all.

A person that is serious about understanding their mind will say...

"Yes, I am feeling envious, inferior (or whatever feeling is currently aroused).

I let my emotion come forth and show the naked truth about my feeling and then dies. So I'm in a constant state of  self-learning to understand the content of my mind (through simply watching whatever I feel at any given moment of my life).
The psychological "Circle of Life" is completed.

My emotions are stimulated and born through what people say to me and do around me.

I do nothing to block my emotions from coming to full bloom by simply listening and observing them until they have nothing left to reveal. Then I let them go/die.

So there is the natural birth/death of ALL my emotional thoughts/feelings when I only watch them without acting upon them (shaping them, molding them, suppressing or imposing my will to change them in any way at all).

So is it possible to holistically penetrate and commune with all layers of my mind (both consciously & subconsciously) so that I may be TOTALLY AWARE OF MY MIND and not be in conflict at all?

Can I find out for myself if ALL my anxieties, sorrow, pain, my emotional wounds, my attachments, my hopes, my fears, my desires, my loneliness, my WHOLE content of my mind be instantly purged and rejuvenated in one single watchful swoop?

So I ask myself...

Can I completely learn about myself (which is a very subtle, complex thing) right now, not over a long stretch of time?

Is it possible to actually be in touch with whatever I think and feel from moment to moment for the rest of my life?

Do you ask yourself, "Do I really want to have an insight into the WHOLE nature and movement of my emotional responses so that I can learn about myself?"

THAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE!

[*Note:  This takes intense honesty to be able to do that.]

Now who is going to teach you to learn about yourself?

The author of this message?

You cannot learn about the entirety of yourself from anybody.

You can only truly learn by directly watching yourself.

Be careful of depending on another person to know yourself.

Why do we depend on another person to know ourselves?

Is that we are lazy? Is it a habit to emotionally seek guidance from someone else?

Is it traditional to depend on other to tell us what we are?

Have we been programmed and conditioned to seek a psychological authority to accept what we're to think and feel about ourselves and about others?

Or, are we afraid to stand completely alone and be nothing, not having any emotional identification at all?

So generally speaking, nobody really wants to holistically learn about themselves.

One might ask, "Is it my deep committed, irrevocable interest to know myself?"

Are you so completely committed?

What do I have to learn about myself?

NOTHING -- ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Because my "self" is nothing, in reality.

[The meaning of the word "nothing" is "Not a thing".]

I have embellished this "nothing" with emotional words and hide behind a technical profession of some kind.

Mental experts have imposed tons of labels on this "nothing" and caused even greater despair, terror and confusion just so they can drug us once we can no longer stand to be in our own skin.

And we have gotten entangled in all these emotional words ourselves and each other.

We are drowning in a sea of emotional verbiage and are lost, not knowing what to do about all this babbling noise we are faced with everywhere we go.

So what have I to learn about myself? That I'm crooked; that I don't think straight; that I'm vain, arrogant, proud.

What does it all mean?

W-O-R-D-S !

M-E-M-O-R-I-E-S !

I-D-E-A-S !

Have emotional ideas have any content, except for what thought gives to it?

My entire content of my entire existence is put together by thought (words, memories, ideas).

Therefore, I am a whole structure made by MEMORY (past delights, past hurts, past insults past glorifications, etc.)

Living on emotional-memory (attachment or identification) is totally unreal!

[i.e., emotionally identification with the concept of being an American, a British or any emotional attachment to a tribal group or gang or sect or race or organized religion is purely superstition and unreal, because it was all fabricated by emotional memory.

All of these emotional concepts come from the "desire" to be more than what you are.

So we emotionally identify with our family, our community, a secret clan, a religion, a country -- the list goes on.

This "nothing" constantly seeks to magnify its sense of self-importance which is why it demands emotional comforting from others or else it will become hostile or shun you.

Thought has created the illusion that "I AM SOMETHING"; "I AM GREAT"; I AM SUPERIOR! This is only a figment of ones imagination.

After making up things about ourselves we go to mental experts to talk about ourselves in order to make ourselves feel even more important. This is where we pretend like we are learning about ourselves when we are just really praising ourselves, secretly.

When you look at your mind being attached to another, your conditioned self-defense against being aware of itself seeks to make an abstraction out of this investigation by...

...Taking a simple fact and turning into a concept or ideal to be achieved.

Facts are the actual feelings arising at any given moment to be observed. You are ALL of your feelings. So, there is nothing to achieve. Either I detect what I am feeling or I don't.

When you detect or are aware of a happening, then your mind sees the fact of the situation quite clearly and is finished with it. There is no residue of feeling like something more has to be done.

What Is Communication With Others?

You see a dangerous cliff and instantly you clearly understand to back away.

Similarly when you see the tragic outcome of how the world is in a state of erosion and decay due to this network or web of Human consciousness seeking emotional gratification that leads to bickering and ultimately physical brutality you steer clear of it whenever people invite you to join in the messy business.

You stay out of it, not because you "choose" to; you leave it alone because you can SEE the dangerous implications of fulfilling the psychological desire to be possessed and possessing others.

You understand that due to these emotional demands, we have war, which pollutes our planet, atmosphere, health.

By seeking psychological comfort/security, we deprive ourselves of physical security (our brain/body is placed in constant jeopardy).

So where there is psychological fulfillment, there is threat of utter annihilation.

When governments speak of classified secrets in the so-called name of National Security -- that security is really PSYCHOLOGICAL/EMOTIONAL SECURITY, of which each person is plugged into just by seeking emotional gratification in their own lives.

It is this emotional craving for fulfillment that is at the root of violence in the world. All the weapons of mass destruction were built to give people an emotional idea of safety.

But the fact is that these weapons are making us and our planet ill. They are mutating and deforming our biological structure (our DNA).

This is some of the implications and consequences of feeding the psychological beast of attachment.

We are not just attached to people, emotionally. We are also attached to our beliefs, dogmas and the image we have built about ourselves.

Whenever you have certain thoughts and feelings that mainstream authorities claim you should not have, you seek the opposite ideal in which to hold onto, don't you?

Why?

You do that so that you can feel emotionally safe and comforted.

But others are doing the same thing. But they are convinced that your beliefs are a threat to their beliefs.

Or...

They're told that the only way to fulfill their ideals is that they must destroy any and all outsiders to how they think -- that is a declaration of war, isn't it?

So it is clear that the quest for emotional safety/comfort begets physical insecurity. This is why we have some groups of people who have very little while other groups have a lot.

Because war gives people permission to murder and steal from their victims.

Victims give permission to be conquered because they destroyed their own immunity to war by indulging in emotional attachment, which sends a signal out to the world that you are out of touch with themselves -- so you are fair game to slaughter.

The problem that Humanity faces is an internal or mental dilemma.

The contents of the seed determines its appearance and behavior.

The seed of all that we view in the external world that has been brought about by Humans is because of his psychological unawareness with regard to emotional attachment.

So long as people fail to get in touch with and learn about the toxic nature of attachment, they will keep on ignorantly seeking physical well being through emotional attachment or gratification, which in turn breeds war after war, which increases destruction.

It all begins with ignoring ourselves through opinions, believing, assuming, speculation, supposition -- just making up whatever makes us emotionally feel good and ignoring the consequences.

So if you don't want to contribute to destroying yourself and the world around you, you will be interested in understanding through directly watching the entire attachment process unfold or arise in your mind, and learn through watching, alone.

So what does this all mean???

We have to be free to reject EVERYTHING that THOUGHT HAS PSYCHOLOGICALLY MADE UP about itself.

The question is, "Do you want to learn the art of learning?"

Are you willing to give your whole life to find out the true art of learning?

Or, do you only want to partially learn and partially commit your life to learning?

Is that what you are doing -- viewing this message as some form of intellectual amusement?

So can you stay with the fact, which is what is actually happening, psychologically?

Can you/I "stay with the observation" of falsehoods, illusions projected by whatever I/you want to believe (which is an assumption of what is going on) -- either coming from myself or from others?

Is it possible to invest ALL of your mental energy to stay with the fact that I/you are caught in some belief, ideal or opinion?

So if you want to go very deeply into this matter, and it is very important that we penetrate very deeply, then we need to understand what it means for our mind to "commune" with what is happening in the "self."

In a state of emotional or psychological communion, every reaction is allowed to flower and then melt away.

When I look at a man or woman, I see how I want to possess that person. I want to dominate them by telling them feel the way I do about this, that and the other. I watch this about myself and I am learning about the falsehoods of myself.

I also discover all the miserable consequences that my illusions are causing in my relationships. I just watch it.

And in that watchful state, do you see how my possessive cravings expand, intensify and then dies like a sun that has come to the end of its natural cycle then super novas and dies out?

So when I remain with the fact of possessiveness (anger, jealousy, frustration, etc.), I begin to see how quickly that emotion comes to fruition and peters out?

So there is no conflict, no opposition against what I am, no dualistic state of mind, no contradiction in myself, because there is no contradiction or opposition when one is in a neutral state of self-watching/learning.

Do you see how your mind fights with itself...

When it is emotionally attached to someone that no longer gives us the emotional pleasure that we crave from them, we struggle to detach from them.

Or when we want a person who doesn't want us, we struggle to make them accept emotional attachment to us.

There is always the struggle between these two opposite states, as long as I do not just watch and learn and allow attachment to bloom and die.

I have found out that attachment and detachment are polarized two halves of the same coin.

The desire to attach is to escape (detach) from emotional pain therefore all attachments are rooted in its own opposite (of detachment); they are co-dependent.

So if I remain with that fact of attachment see how quickly withers.

How do you watch your thoughts/feelings?

How do you attend to the noise of your emotional reactions?

How do you feel the intensity of your reactions?

How do you listen to the story of your responses to the challenges in your relationships?

Is it easy to watch what is happening inside of yourself?

Look and find out, now. That is the only way to answer these questions, non-verbally.

They must be answered by doing (which is communing with the actuality of what you think and feel emotionally).

Is it possible to pay full attention to painful emotions that get stirred up whenever you are insulted by someone?

Is it possible to commune with the painful feelings of envy that were caused by your parents comparing you with your brother or sister which hurt your feelings? Can you remain with the fact of that hurt and let it tell its story and then allow it to drop away?

When we get older, we have developed clever, cunning techniques to hide our emotional misery and cover it up with pleasurable distractions.

So when asked about your childhood emotional wounds you might assume that you have gotten over them because you don't sense their presence anymore.

But they're deeply locked away in your subconscious. When we are cruel to someone in the world, that is coming from the cruelty that was imposed upon us as a youngster.

If one was free from ones past psychological hurt, we would not be able to hurt others, even if they are being unkind.

So from childhood most of us carries emotional scars, but we are unaware of them. Why doesn't one see or sense that pain?

I may feel that hurt and then not know what to do with it. But that wound remains there no matter what we do to try to push it away, ignore it or try to dispose of it.

That wound is not detachable. That wound is you.

After all, what other option is there besides staying with the observation of your hurt?

How can you run away from yourself? You can't do that without committing suicide.

So all that remains is that you have no choice but to look at yourself, which is studying, monitoring ALL of your emotional reactions as they arise in your daily life.

This emotional hurt exists throughout most of Humanity.

The only people that are free of emotional pain are the very, very few who have discovered the necessity of staying with emotional pain and riding it out like a surfer riding a powerful, deadly wave until that wave is no more.

But for the vast majority of Mankind, they are drowning everyday struggling against their tidal wave of emotional wounds. They are going against the wave and getting wiped out!

Some people take the masochistic approach of worshiping and adoring their hurt. Others have suppressed and denied their hurt and lie that it is no longer there.

But a person who is free of psychological pain is also free of conflict/violence. You do not hurt others.

The main reason why we seek emotional comfort through attachment is because we are trying to hide from our emotional wounds.

When you assist another person to ignore their hurt, you are helping that person to remain hurt.

So it is not kind to emotionally gratify people. It is the furthering of conflict. You are enabling a person to be in opposition to themselves and to remain unaware of them state of being which destroys their physical well being. So you are helping them to remain in a hurt mentality.

So that hurt invents the opposite called pleasure and we term that as being "love" disguising hurt. That is why people who "believe" they love each other later on down the road wind up tormenting each other.

They came together to help each other ignore their mental childhood wounds. That wound festers and poisons their relationships to rot and decay.

Is it possible to free the mind from being hurt?

No person can save you from your hurt.

Each person is responsible for listening to that hurt blossom and then it will naturally die.

But the more you avoid being in touch with psychological hurt, then that pain rots and causes your mind to go crazy.

So it is common ground that the Human mind has been hurt through comparison, through competition, through inequality, through being ignored, etc.

Is it possible for each one of us to commune with our pain; allow it to tell its WHOLE story to the very end, then the hurt is finished.

I have been hurt as a child. That has become a part of my past emotional experience. That is reality.

Reality is anything put together by thought (by memory) even if it is illusory. Deception is a reality. A lie is a reality. It is a reality that people do pretend to be something that they are not.

Now even though you may be an adult and the emotional pain happen long ago, your mind carries the residue of that hurt.

If you have been in an abusive relationship with someone and it ended many years ago, you may still carry that wound, because you never holistically communed with that hurt and let it expand to its full length and then let it die.

People accumulate hurt through insults and compliments either at home, at work and in social activities. This hurt increases because of suppressing it by escaping into pleasurable emotional attachments.

But by giving the wound freedom to open itself up so that it can freely express its story then it can finally Rest-In-Peace, because it has been clearly understood through purely perceiving its full message.

So for there to be peace on Earth so that we may live benevolently, this communion with our emotional pain must be honestly faced, right?

Thank you.

Surely any form of accumulation, either of knowledge or experience, any form of ideal, any projection of the mind, any determined practice to shape the mind - what it should be and should not be - all this is obviously crippling the process of investigation and discovery.
So I think our inquiry must be not for the solution of our immediate problems but rather to find out whether the mind, the conscious as well as the deep unconscious mind in which is stored all the tradition, the memories, the inheritance of racial knowledge, whether all of it can be put aside. I think it can be done only if the mind is capable of being aware without any sense of demand, without any pressure, just to be aware. I think it is one of the most difficult things to be so aware because we are caught in the immediate problem and in its immediate solution, and so our lives are very superficial. Though one may go to all the analysts, read all the books, acquire much knowledge, attend churches, pray, mediate, practice various disciplines; nevertheless, our lives are obviously very superficial because we do not know how to penetrate deeply. I think the understanding, the way of penetration, how to go very, very deeply, lies through awareness, just to be aware of our thoughts and feelings, without condemnation, without comparison, just to observe. You will see, if you will experiment, how extraordinarily difficult it is, because our whole training is to condemn, to approve, to compare.

The Hypocrisy Of Emotionally Biased Word-Wars

So Long As There Is Verbal Opposition Of "What Should Be" vs. "What Is Actual" There Will Always Be Inequality And Despair

Being Related

“Without relationship, there is no existence: to be is to be related. Most of us do not seem to realize this; that the world is my relationship with others, whether one or many. My problem is that of relationship. What I am, that I project, and obviously, if I do not understand myself, the whole of relationship is one of confusion in ever-widening circles. So, relationship becomes of extraordinary importance, not with the so-called mass, the crowd, but in the world of my family and friends, however small that may be, my relationship with my wife, my children, my neighbor. In a world of vast organizations, vast mobilizations of people, mass movements, we are afraid to act on a small scale; we are afraid to be little people clearing up our own patch. We say to ourselves, "What can I personally do? I must join a mass movement in order to reform." On the contrary, real revolution takes place not through mass movements but through the inward revolution of relationship; that alone is real reformation, a radical, continuous revolution. We are afraid to begin on a small scale. Because the problem is so vast, we think we must meet it with large numbers of people, with a great organization, with mass movements. Surely, we must begin to tackle the problem on a small scale, and the small scale is the "me" and the "you." When I understand myself, I understand you, and out of that understanding comes love. Love is the missing factor; there is a lack of affection, of warmth in relationship; and because we lack that love, that tenderness, that generosity, that mercy in relationship, we escape into mass action which produces further confusion, further misery. We fill our hearts with blueprints for world reform and do not look to that one resolving factor, which is love.”

Today, I came across an article that talked about redefining what “feminism” means, which said that:

“For the record, feminism by definition is the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities. It is the theory of political, economic and social equality of the sexes.
She then extended feminism to men as well, saying “gender equality is your issue too,” especially when it comes to emotional well-being and the pressure to succeed in a “male” way. “Both men and women should feel free to be sensitive,” she reminded us. “Both men and women should feel free to be strong.”

Equality

Posted:

“The fullest development of every individual creates a society of equals. The present social struggle to bring about equality on the economic or some spiritual level has no meaning at all. Social-reforms aimed at establishing equality, breed other forms of antisocial activity; but with right education, there is no need to seek equality through social and other reforms, because envy with its comparison of capacities ceases. We must differentiate here between function and status. Status, with all its emotional and hierarchical prestige, arises only through the comparison of functions as the high and the low. When each individual is flowering to his fullest capacity, there is then no comparison of functions; there is only the expression of capacity as a teacher, or a prime minister, or a gardener, and so status loses its sting of envy.”

~ J. Krishnamurti, Life Ahead Introduction

“To understand each other, I think it is necessary that we should not be caught in words; because, a word like God, for example, may have a particular meaning for you, while for me it may represent a totally different formulation, or no formulation at all. So it is almost impossible to communicate with each other unless both of us have the intention of understanding and going beyond mere words. The word freedom generally implies being free from something, does it not? It ordinarily means being free from greed, from envy, from nationalism, from anger, from this or that. Whereas, freedom may have quite another meaning, which is a sense of being free; and I think it is very important to understand this meaning. After all, the mind is made up of words, amongst other things. Now, can the mind be free of the word envy? Experiment with this and you will see that words like God, truth, hate, envy, have a profound effect on the mind. And can the mind be both neurologically and psychologically free of these words? If it is not free of them, it is incapable of facing the fact of envy. When the mind can look directly at the fact which it calls 'envy,' then the fact itself acts much more swiftly than the mind's endeavor to do something about the fact. As long as the mind is thinking of getting rid of envy through the ideal of non-envy, and so on, it is distracted, it is not facing the fact; and the very word envy is a distraction from the fact. The process of recognition is through the word; and the moment I recognize the feeling through the word, I give continuity to that feeling.

The Seed of Physical Cruelty & Violence Is The
Verbal Promotion of “What Should Be” Proper

It is this “What Should Be” that is at the root of all Human suffering, cruelty and continual conflict. This is the emotional “smoking-gun” that fans the flames of endless strife among people. In the socially conditioned or programmed mind, there is no freedom in the mind to critically examine this elusive psychological error that perpetuates itself (while claiming to seek an end to emotional and physical misery). There is a built-in hypocrisy in emotionally biased word-wars.

When opinions, ideals are presented, there is a pressure to take sides to either agree or disagree with them. All mental energy is wasted on choosing a side and then defending it, and often times even to the death. Spread throughout the world, people engage in this meaningless exercise that leads to either domination of one group over another or all out annihilation. This is nothing more than organized disintegration of mind and body lacking clarity or understanding beyond “the word”.

“Words” are wrongly being used to replace the reality. They are innately only meant to describe or point to something of actual substance, not be that substance. The "description/word" is NOT that thing described! For example, the word “food” is NOT the actual substance of food, is it? No. That term, "food", merely acts as a pointer in order to call your attention toward the reality of that substance that one ingests for biological nourishment, right? If the word was the thing, then you could satisfy your hunger by merely stating a word of what you would like to eat. And, your physical hunger would be satisfied. This is why "The Word" is not the essence of anything. Words are inherently meant only to describe or point. So after you examine/understand that substance you, then, go beyond the word to take action to eat it , or not. But, the thing that is called "food" is not that word. Words only point and alert the mind to examine the actual thing that is being pointed at to figure out what is being pointed out either exists or does not exist and how to interact with that thing.

Words that point to an emotional state of being that does not exist but you wish exist are ideals, beliefs or the “What Should Be”. This is where psychological conflict begins. However whenever people "dislike" any given emotional condition, challenge or situation in their daily lives, they seek a way to get rid of or escape from it. They do this through verbal combat or opposition. Their emotional prejudice of “like” or “dislike” dictates all verbal-warfare. It is automatically presumed that opposition, oppression of something will fix the problem. Instead, it only distorts, spreads and intensifies social discord that ultimately leads to physical or economic peril. The more one focuses on the emotional-based “What Should Be”, the more the mind distances itself from learning or being in direct contact with the actual mental state of the original disturbance, which in this case is: gender inequality and why it exists at all.

By seeking to use a group of emotional words to try to manufacture “equality”, one creates a gap between FACT (What The Problem Is) vs. FICTION (What Should Be Done To Correct The Problem). In matters of psychology or emotion, the manner in which one APPROACHES the challenge/problem is what determines its outcome. The traditional approach is to either push the problem away or smash it. It starts through verbal condemnation of the problem, followed by the emotional identification or attachment to the conceptualization of an opposite to replace the ugly condition that is “disliked”. It is taken for granted (or believed) that this process of emotion-opposition through idealism is the only way to deal with the problematic sociological traditional attitudes and behavior regarding gender bias, discrimination or inequality.

You and I Are the Problem, Not the World

Posted:

“The world is not something separate from you and me; the world, society, is the relationship that we establish or seek to establish between each other. So you and I are the problem, and not the world, because the world is the projection of ourselves, and to understand the world we must understand ourselves. That world is not separate from us; we are the world, and our problems are the world's problems.”

~ J. Krishnamurti, The Book of Life

So the main problem lies in The Approach to our emotional-social problems. In general, people traditionally feel that one gender is superior or inferior to the other. Thus, the covert or overt gender-war rages onward to dominate or submit, so long as our species allows itself to be governed by its Ego. As long as there is emotional domination, there can never be equality, because the very act of domination is biased/unfair. “Equality” cannot be sought after through word-worship or through conformity to any ideal or belief. One can easily proclaim to be equal to another gender. However, those words are not the fact of the matter, is it? One must first understand how "inequality" arises through self-awareness. We always want to attack others and force them to change without first understanding how to break free of our own antequated traditional mindset or conditioning. Egos hate to self-examine. That is why the seed of the problem remains unchanged and, thereby, the social problem is , then, cleverly disguised or masked. Then, the social leaders pretend like the problem has been dealt with. All that happened was the problem was swept under the rug, so to speak. “Equality” is a byproduct of the mental-freedom to see/examine the fallacy of seeking the opposite of “What Is” actually going on by trying to emotionally-cling onto the ideal or belief or speculation of “What Should Be” true (according to the people of power subjective “likes” & “dislikes”).

“What Is” the problem? The problem is a disturbance of some kind. On the surface, the problem is that women have been forced, throughout history, to be in a social subordinate position. The real problem is that women do not understand the value of their nature. They compare their physical differences to the man's physical abilities. It is like comparing the attributes of daytime to the attributes of nighttime. Both operate differently. That does not mean that day is better than the night nor does it make it less meaningful than the night nor visa versa. The problem with humans is that they destroy their innate value through comparing themselves with each other, rather than communing with and understanding their nature; and learning what that nature really is. Everything that exists has an intrinsic worth unto itself:

The sun, for example, need not compare itself to the moon in order for it to be of value to itself. Why do women want to be able to lift as much weight as a man? Why do men want to be “pretty” or “dainty” like a woman? It would be like the front wheels (male) wanting to operate like the rear wheels (female). The front wheels of a vehicle is not better than the rear wheels; they just have different functions. If you get rid of either the front or rear wheels, the vehicle can't move. Both front and rear wheels are vital for movement of the vehicle. Is your mouth superior to your anus? No, of course not. So the upper half of your body is not any more important than your lower half. But both halves have different functions and need each other for the sake of the whole body's survival.

All things have their place and function. If you remove any vital function, everything will fall apart. For instance, if you took away the female chromosomes out of your DNA, the human body would fall apart. If you took away the male chromosomes of your DNA, the same thing would happen. The human body comprises EQUAL AMOUNTS of chromosomes (23 female + 23 male). There is no superiority or inferiority between them. Yet the male and female chromosomes serve different expressions and functions of energy from each other in order for the homo sapiens to exist at all. Male and female energy can never express itself in the same manner because there must be opposite expressions for their to be biological equilibrium.

The confusion comes from thinking that male and female energy must have the same identical manner of expression in order for there to be equality. Nothing could be further from the truth. If that were the case, there would be no distinction between male and female and would defy the Natural Laws of Energy -- which is opposite expressions (Positive & Negative). Life is matter. Matter is made of atoms. Atoms contain equal amounts of negative (female) and positive (male) energy, just like in a battery. If you don't have these opposite expressions that differ, everything would vanish. So, what is the key to making these opposite expressions harmonize or cooperate?

It is the ZERO FACTOR of NEUTRALITY. That is the “neutron” at the center of atoms. The "neutron" has "no charge" (neither negative nor positive); it is "nothing". But, it is that state of nothingness/neutrality that makes it possible for the opposite expressions of energy to harmonize (peacefully co-exist). Please understand that life is energy or matter. And, it expresses itself in opposites (like negative and positive or dark and light or exhale and inhale). When the opposites are not prejudiced or favored but are, instead, equally expressed and studied, then the zero charge of neutrality merges the opposites to harmonize and create. The chaos begins when we try to give greater value to one of the opposites. That is what happens when we treat men higher than women (or visa versa).

In the emotional psyche there are opposite expressions of feelings and thoughts that we either “like” & “dislike”. They are there to distinguish things for the benefit of biological well being. And, they are there emotionally to study and fully understand our whole mind. The Ego wants to be “liked”. So it rejects anything that it “dislikes” either about itself or others. Whenever you think or feel something that you  “dislike”, you try to get rid of it, don't you? Organized-religion dictates that you must force yourself to think and feel in a particular way, and fight against anything outside of that. From childhood, it has been imposed upon our minds to be "good" or else suffer some form of punishment. If you blindly obey, you are praised and rewarded. It is no different than being a trained dog or circus animal that gets a treat for performing the commanded trick correctly or is brutalized if he fails to obey.

Hence, one has split their emotional-mind into "bad" & "good"; then promote the so-called "good" thoughts/feelings and repress or imprison the so-called "bad" ones. Since you are ALL of your thoughts/feelings, that means whenever you repress yourself, you will resist that repression. Hence, your total mind is at war with itself. As a result, there is the terror of not being able to control yourself. And, you can't emotionally control yourself because "the controller is the controlled", hence no control at all. All that the mind can do is learn about itself through watching how it responds, without doing anything about it.

We have been programmed, trained or conditioned "to do something about it". If we have a feeling like "hatred", for example, then we tell ourselves that we must not feel that way, and then superficially say, "I'm sorry for hating". But that changes nothing. The fact is that you are that feeling (of hatred) and no amount of denial can change it. Emotional thoughts and feelings can only naturally end when one is in full contact with its emotions, without seeking to direct them or overcome them or willfully change them into something "better" to suit our liking. Because anything the emotional-mind does to change itself will still be born of the very essence of itself, which is based on Past Memories. The Past cannot bring about Newness. The Past is restricted and is not free to be in touch with itself, which is why it makes up illusions called "beliefs" then tells itself that it's in a "better" place and is now "saved" from any state of mind that it “dislikes”. Then it can make the false claim that it has changed. However, nothing could be further from the truth.

The point is to understand and commune with every thought and feeling that pops up in our daily lives. The act of pure self-examination or self-awareness, alone, contains "no bias" (it is "neutral"), which is beyond the Past Emotional Memory. Therefore, when people praise or condemn anything about me, I will have an emotional feeling or thought pop up. Instead of trying to get rid of or verbally attack or condemn those people who stimulated my emotions that I may “dislike”, I passively watch what I feel without classifying it. There is no positive nor negative bias when I simply commune or be in touch with my emotional responses, so that there is only pure learning about "The Self" (the emotional mind). In a state of pure learning (communing) there is no limitation nor friction, because no part of "The Self" is in opposition with itself. When psychological conflict ends, naturally, then people and their genders are able to co-exist in harmony just like the electrons (negative energy) and protons (positive energy) does. It is the equal amounts of electrons & protons that is kept in balance with the neutron (which has no charge). Similarly, it is the equally, unbiased observation of both pleasant and disturbing emotions that neutralizes all friction within the Human Consciousness.

So whatever you feel or think, emotionally, dissolves once it has fully blossomed and told its story and you have fully listened to it. Hence your emotional mind is free and at peace to give birth to any thought or feeling; embrace it and then let it go and die. In such a state of mind, there is no need to compare or measure oneself against another person because one is just learning about oneself which frees the mind to be Whole unto itself. Then there is freedom and equality, because ALL thoughts and feelings are examined and communed with impartially and equally. If the mind treats itself with equality, it is free from all external inequalities of others. Then, when people call you anything, you can't be psychologically disturbed. The Neutral Holistic Mind is the seed of bringing about a different world of Humanity that is free of the Ego.

When the woman compares her nature with the man, she “dislikes” his abilities because she is not designed to do what he can do. So she gets angry and demands to be able to express herself like a man (she is trying to become and outdo a man). In so doing, she is condemning and attacking her feminine nature, because she wants to become a man and, thereby, escape from her own nature because she views it as being inferior. The woman is envious. Envy is a byproduct of measurement or comparison. Sometimes men do the same thing. Again through comparison, men try to act like a woman. Whenever one compares, it gives rise to jealousy or envy, hatred and aggression. Then one assumes that one thing is "better" than another. This illusion of the so-called "better" is only present in the Human Mind. Then it is inevitable that conflict begins when there is struggle "to become" the "better". Then, there is terror of not being able "to become" the "ideal", the "better". Whenever there is failure to achieve the "ideal", people set out to condemn and destroy those who have created the illusion of achieving the "ideal".

When an entity compares itself, it is actually hurting and destroying itself. Our function is to learn about what we emotionally think or feel, not to seek or escape to try to go beyond what we emotionally think or feel. Generally, men and women both lack the clarity of mind and the freedom to simply be in full direct contact within themselves (through learning from ones watchful communion of ALL internal emotional responses). In psychological learning, there is no friction, conflict or any problem to overcome. After all, who will overcome? Will the problem overcome itself? Of course it can't. Both men and women have only one challenge to face, and that is the challenge of being in touch with and, thereby, understanding ones total emotional state of mind. There is no problem while the mind is in a state of pure observation (without any desire interfering with what is being observed). The only doing or action lies within the watchful communion with ones emotions. There is “nothing to become”. All there is to do is for our mind to impartially commune with itself. That IS true equality!

However, people who don't learn through self-communion about their nature (their emotional responses toward anything), are lost, confused and violent. They compare themselves to others and then grumble about the treatment of inequality. These incessant emotional complaints lead to social unrest and ultimately to massacres. In this vat of emotional misery, at its center is a broken thing called an “Ego” (the one who compares/divides itself generating conflict/misery). “Ego” is self-loathing and seeks to escape from itself through adopting emotional words in which to believe and take refuge. And, to give a false sense of “superiority” or impose an artificial authority that it has imagined. The “Ego” of the Woman or Man is in competition. So it is a hoax when either gender speaks of "equality", because their “Ego” is a byproduct of emotional inequality. Where there is Ego there is bias!

In critically studying the movement and structure of ones “Ego”, without bias “like”/“dislike” corrupting your observation, you discover that the Ego is born out of ignorance about its activity. It ignores itself -- by everlastingly chasing after the opposite of what it is thinking or feeling (i.e., escaping into illusory ideals, beliefs or speculations about “What It Should Be”). How can a Mind that is not free to study its falsehoods know “What It Should Be”? Mental clarity can never be directly sought. First, one must see that it dangerously false to make up “What It Should Be”. And, deeply feel the actuality of ALL states of mind. In that holistic communion lies the understanding and clear awareness of any state of mind. When a state of being is penetrated and fully felt, without seeking a means of escape, then that state naturally withers away. Every state of mind has a birth and natural death once it is fully felt/embraced. And, in that communion, that state of mind reveals the reality of its whole essence to be fully felt and understood. If you wholly listen to its story, its energy is creatively released so that emotional condition naturally dissolves. Then, one will behave appropriately to any challenge in our daily lives. There is no will power or coercion to get rid of anything, because the neutral communion took care of it. It's just like when a storm is born. It expresses its full nature. You ride it out until it naturally fades away. Then, another weather condition arises to fully express itself, and we ride it out; then it dies. Ergo, the rhythm of life is Birth-Death, which are inseparable – like inhale/birth-death/exhale. Birth-Death are two sides of the same coin of Energy/Life. Emotions are born to be Holistically Observed (to death).

Our emotional thoughts and feelings are just like the various expressions of weather. All forms of weather are just various expressions of energy. They all have an intrinsic function to express themselves, fully and then end or die. If these expressions get blocked, then it causes an imbalance and malfunctioning in the whole movement of the ecological environment. Humans, tamper with the weather based on their biased emotional nature of “like” & “dislike”, which is causing unforeseen imbalances and problems in the long-term ecological development on Earth. So long as the Human species maintains its emotional ignorance about itself, it is disrupting the natural processes in our biosphere and in our health. Until people awaken to commune/learn about their “Ego” (the fractured mind), there will be escalating deterioration, decay and ruination throughout the material world. The connection between the mental and physical realm dictates outward circumstances!

~ J. Krishnamurti, The Book of Life

If women wish to be free of inequality, they need to be sensitively aware of the inequality going on in their mind. If the woman refuses to be in full contact with ALL of her thoughts and feelings, then she is promoting inequality. The way the mind is related to itself is also how it is related to society (people that you interact with). The woman demands to be treated with equality. Yet, she is treating herself unfairly. Fairness is unbiased, neutral and equal. But, in general, society has influenced us to divide our thoughts and feelings into "bad" and "good", then promote one of them and denounce and hide the other. You are told that you are a sinner, immoral or criminal if you don't live up to ideals of "being good". You are required to wage war against any thought or feeling that does not comply to these made-up ideals. Women fear their emotions. Consequently, they run to church, therapists or some mental expert to tell them how to think. Some may marry to allow their husband/wife to dictate their lives. And, emotional tradition tells women that they are evil or wicked if they don't hand their lives (and mind) over to their husband. So inequality is largely governing the world. But when you don't question tradition (psychological authority), then you are offering your life to it.

The female nature is inward/receptive (like the vagina). The male nature is outward/give (like the penis). The female nature is one of “attraction”, just like a magnetic pull. The male nature is one of “discharge”, just like a volcanic eruption of lava. Both opposite expressions of energy serve a necessary purpose in the grand scheme of life. To remove or eliminate either expression would cause the other expression of energy to collapse, as well. So you see, the problem that most women have is that they are too busy emotionally hiding from themselves (men do the same but express it differently). They don't like to be in touch with their own nature, so they are obsessed with criticizing the man's nature. Also, men do the same thing through blaming their shortcomings upon the woman and brutalizing her (is the male showing hatred toward himself).

If the man and the woman would pause and study their own emotional responses, without condemnation or justification, then they would stop trying to dominate each other. This talk about political “rights of equality” is just a smoke screen. Why do people invent “rights”? It is because they have failed to understand themselves through the Natural Laws of Communion with their emotional responses. When someone pays you a compliment or insults you, rather than clinging onto or attacking that person, why not take a moment to embrace-and-understand your thoughts/feelings that was stimulated? You see, a conditioned mind is emotionally divided against itself (because it is out of touch with its responses, impartially). If a thought or feeling gets stimulated that we “dislike”, then we traditionally and habitually seek to hide from that thought or feeling. And, if we “like” it, we worship it and impose our ideals onto the world around us, which can also cause antagonism and oppression. So we distract ourselves by throwing a bunch of emotional negatively-charged words back at the one who insulted us. Or, we stroke their "Ego" in order to gain favoritism. Either way, this is the mind's way of ignoring itself so that it does not have to be in direct contact with an unpleasant thought or feeling that it has hidden from itself. That thought or feeling  that it is trying to hide is its own nature. That which is ignored operates on an unconscious level, just like a two-headed snake. But, one head is ignorant and unaware of the other head. And, both heads are unaware that they are two halves of one thing. So they ignorantly plot to overthrow the other. Ultimately, the fragmented mind is blindly competing to win against itself, and is actually destroying itself -- no matter which side wins. The whole mind loses in the end. When the emotional mind drowns in its self-deceit, its body must suffer, as well.

The ulterior motive of the mind is to divide itself into “High” (Atman) and “Low” (the Id). It will indulge in the qualities that it “likes” that another person stimulates to rise to the surface. It will take pleasure in basking in the thoughts/feelings that it “likes”. But, that is only the “heads” side of the psychological/emotional coin. The other side, “tails” embodies all of the thoughts and feelings of your ONE MIND, as well. But, the mind seeks to suppress the expressions of itself that it “dislikes”, it is in conflict and it is in a state of DISINTEGRATION. In other words, the mind is literally tearing itself apart. It does so, every time it denies or distracts itself away from itself. So it comes up with “What Should Be” (the opposite emotional ideals or beliefs) in an effort to numb itself to feeling its whole nature.

So if a man treats a woman like she is inferior to him by being cruel to her, he is doing it to hide from his own insecurities that he has denied about himself. Also when the woman complains of being treated unfairly, she seeks an outside savior to level the playing field instead of changing outside conditions through radically changing herself (by being in direct contact with both her positive and negative thoughts/feelings). Then, if men try to be unfair to her, she would not be unknowingly contributing to her victimization, and the situation would remedy itself. Self-awareness cancels others from being able to take advantage of you (no matter what their gender or position of prestige).

Bullies (either men or women) are aggressive toward others because they feel an emotional weakness that they wish to conceal. It is the Ego's way of IGNORING something about itself that it does not want to acknowledge. The bully only prevails because the bully hidden within the victim's mind is helping the external bully. The moment you refuse to commune with ALL of your responses, you are then being a bully toward your emotions to be ignored and repressed into its background by projecting an opposing belief or ideal in which to smother and drown it out. Those emotions that are being rejected are being victimized by a fragment of the mind that is pretending to be better than the feeling or thought that it does not wish to acknowledge. That oppositional pretense was conjured out of your original state of mind (that you shunned).

All opposites are born out of its own opposite, because the mind is the repository of pleasant and unpleasant memories. It is this emotional storehouse that reorganizes itself in order to appear like it has changed into something else that it can accept as “truth”. But the essence of the opposite ideal is still the same thing that it despises about itself. In other words, the mind is using its imagination (its emotional memories) to try to go beyond itself, which is an impossibility. Thus the mind is bullying itself in order to force itself to become something “better”. This is the fight between the so-called “good” & “evil”, which was generated the moment that the mind sought after “What It Thinks Should Be”. This is where all beliefs, ideals or emotional opinions/conclusions originate. Therefore, the bully within has granted permission to the outside world a blank check to take advantage and do whatever harm possible to you. The bully in you must first end in order to be free from the bullies you face in society.

So you see it changes nothing to go around seeking to punish others for doing harm to others. Nine times out of ten, the cruel acts are polarized between their emotional divided minds (of the aggressor and the recipient). The only true innocent victims are children (before they develop the ability to divide their minds and to believe in the opposite of their mental state of mind), and the ecosystem (including all the creatures caught up in the battle field). Otherwise, most acts of cruelty are born out of the emotional state of duality due to failing to understand ones own nature. Primitive thinking dictates that one must use willpower to force out of existence any thought or feeling that one finds offensively painful. However, the primitive mind never takes into consideration the fact that the willpower and the undesired thought or feeling is one in the same essence -- they are rooted in the emotional past memory. The emotional mind of Humanity has not yet realized that its mind has two types of operations that are distinctively different in dealing with two different realms of life -- the Technical & the Psychological.

There is the mechanical aspect of living where the mind must use its technical memory and choice to bring about beneficial change for physical security. For example, our bodies are too frail to be exposed to the climate all of the time. So we use our imaginations to conjure up a blueprint to find a way to make clothes and shelter in order to shield our bodies from the harsh elements of the weather. If human bodies were able to be naked without harming our health, there would be nothing abnormal about being naked. However, in comes the emotional mind that says, “It is bad to be naked”. Why? Simply because the mind may not like the way it looks. Or, it could be that a naked body arouses feelings of sexuality, which is nothing wrong in and of itself. However, the emotional mind develops a state of possessiveness (wanting to control or own another person).

So a possessive mind gets upset when their mates naked body arouses others. Therefore, public nudity is frowned upon. In order to try to compensate for feeling psychologically insecure, the mind makes up rules (i.e., tenets, doctrines, ideals, beliefs, etc.) to impose the will of one gender over another. If the subjugated gender refuses to surrender to his or her will, then that gender will be treated ruthlessly. All because, the emotional mind thinks that just because it is appropriate to use its technological memory and willpower  to bring about biological self-preservation, then one rationalizes that its also normal, sane and healthy to use my emotional willpower (of “like” & “dislike”, a.k.a. Prejudices) to dominate my spouse or mate. This is where mankind took a major wrong turn and has been replicating that error ever since.

In the area of biological survival, the mind must use its memory to take positive action to bring about remedies. However in the are of psychological or emotions, the mind IS "The Problem", itself. So... All that it can do is to be still and study ALL emotional thoughts and feelings that arise. Any effort taken to change or oppose whatever it is thinking or feeling, emotionally, will cause a contradictory division in ones entire consciousness. It will then classify one side to be “good” - that which it “likes”; and the other half to be “evil” - that which it “dislikes”. Then, the struggle or battle with itself begins. Once the mind is emotionally divided against itself, it seeks an ally to help support one side of itself in order to win against the other side. This is what gave rise to superstition, which ushered in “organized religion”. This is mind being at war with itself.

"Organized religion" is nothing but mental enslavement. But what, exactly, is controlling the mind? Why, it is the emotional mind that is playing a game of “hide-and-seek” within itself. So it is deceiving itself by pretending that it can invent something pure and noble in order to escape from its so-called impure thoughts and feelings. “Prayer” is simply self-deception. The one praying imagines that it is appealing for help from something different from itself. Then when things turn out in ones favor, the emotional mind claims that its deity granted his plea. Also, one assumes that its plea was fulfilled because of being obedient towards the emotional rules. But if things turn out unfavorable, and the person felt that he or she was complying with the beliefs, then one might switch sides within ones own consciousness and become the servant to its dark thoughts and feelings (a.k.a. Satan). Then, one would pray to the dark deity. The whole psychological, emotional or spiritual process is based upon PLEASURE/REWARD or PAIN/PUNISHMENT.

The emotional/psychological/spiritual mind is seeking PLEASURE/REWARD. That is egocentric driven motives. That is not what the mind is inherently designed to do. It has deviated from its nature which is to understand its nature through direct communion, alone, and nothing else. The mind is in the habit of feeling like it has all the answers. That is part of its arrogance and ignorance. It thinks this way because of its vast accomplishments in the technological or mechanical side of life. Its memory has been used to make machines that can measure various aspects of life, superficially. So it has jumped to an erroneous conclusion that, in the emotional field, it can measure its way to understanding its nature. But, deep down, the emotional mind does not really want to be in touch with its actual nature because its thought process cannot be in the driver's seat (in other words be in power). The mind wants to be in control of all aspects of life, including its emotional or spiritual side.

Firstly, we are biased within ourselves whenever we fail to fully commune with ALL ones emotional thoughts and feelings (be they liked/positive or disliked/negative ones). When the mind is free of psychological inequality by being in full direct contact with ALL of its emotional expressions, then it is no longer a sucker for emotional choice (of prejudice, “likes” or “dislikes”). Once you are fully aware that the “What Should Be” is nothing more than a thinly disguised noose being offered for you to hang yourself, then you will never fall prey to that psychological con game. So feminism is just another con game born out of resisting communing with ALL of ones actual emotions arising out of gender prejudice. Once one feels the reality of an emotional problem, that's the end of it. Then, a new outcome emerges out of that seed of holistic self observation and deep understanding. Then there's no need to rely upon any “What Should Be” (opposing ideal, belief or -ism), which only serves to disguise the psychological pain, yet never resolve it.

Here is the fact, ALL emotional thoughts and feelings are the total mind. So when the mind uses the fabric of itself, which are words and images, to run away from a particular expression of itself, it is playing a cruel trick upon itself. Because the fabricated Utopian ideal is just a twisted version of the thing that it hates. The mind is using the mind to escape from the mind. Mind can NEVER EVER escape from itself. You are Your Emotions! All words are yourself. So if you conjure phrases to oppose any state of mind, those beliefs, ideals and opinions are rooted in the very thing they seek to overthrow. Just like the roots of a tree look different from the leaves and branches, but they are just one entity, right? Ideals may look different and sound different but its inventor is the same thing as the emotional problem. So the ideal is the dummy but the ventriloquist is the inequality state of mind that encourages you to ignore him and only focus on the dummy, which is not alive or real. The image, ideal or belief is only make-up or a dummy that is hiding the emotional pain of the ventriloquist, underneath.

So you can redefine things all you want, the problem will always remain underneath these -isms (which are thinly disguised emotional escape vehicles) which will only serve to perpetuate and intensify the problem of inequality, subconsciously. Equality is a byproduct of the Neutral Holistic Observation of ALL Emotional Thoughts/Feelings, which automatically cancels out any contradiction, division or conflict (i.e., political ideal or dogma, etc.) – The “What Should Be”. It is the equal examination of both the emotions you “like” and “dislike” that reveals your WHOLE Psychological Nature, which is fairness (equality). In that Neutral Holistic Observation, alone, is freedom and equality. And, where there is freedom to observe the whole-self, there is no duality, conflict or unfairness. Then the mind is acting as “A Light Unto Itself” (without bowing down to “What Should Be”).

Where there is understanding through observation of any emotional thought or feeling, there is no comparison nor antagonism. One is at peace with ones nature by simply communing with whatever it feels. So it wont matter what people say about you or if they are mean toward you. Because you are free to learn about your nature as each emotional response arises no matter what others say or do. In that pure holistic self-examination lies freedom, happiness, bliss and love for the wholeness of life (both negative and positive expressions of energy). Then there is a Neutral Measureless State of Being, which is Equality. One does not need any outside help to be in touch with yourself. The world is being policed because most people are in conflict and are out of order. When the mind is in order there is no need to be policed nor have thousands of rules to try to obey, which is an impossibility, anyway.

“The mere desire to resolve a problem is an escape from the problem, is it not? I haven't gone into the problem, I haven't studied it, explored it, understood it. I don't know the beauty or the ugliness or the depth of the problem; my only concern is to resolve it, put it away. This urge to resolve a problem without having understood it is an escape from the problem - and therefore it becomes another problem. Every escape breeds further problems.”

~ J. Krishnamurti, Talks by Krishnamurti in Saanen, 1964

When “Equality” exists within, it is naturally reflected as it grows like a seed and blooms forth the physical harmonious conditions. At present, the external conditions are toxic and unequal because the seed of the emotional consciousness is at odds within itself. Such a state of mind is not free to see itself as it is, so all that it sees is distorted. So while it thinks that it can find solutions, a mind that is a problem unto itself can only magnify, spread and multiply external (social) and internal (psychological) problems, so long as it is divided by trying to conform to the “What Should Be” vs the “What Is” (“Fabrication” vs. “Problem”). It can only manipulate the style of the problem, but basically the problem's essence remains disorderly, unhealthy, insane and fundamentally unchanged. Fate is determined by the manner of the approach to the emotional mind, because it is the very foundation of Human Life. If the approach remains the same, which is relying on emotional ideologies which only opposes problems, then the outcome must also continue to be the same. And, secretly, that is exactly what the collective-ego desires. It does not want to change. That is THE GREATEST LIE of all time. That is why people cling to the latest beliefs, ideals and opinions and endlessly bicker over which one is the best to choose and emotionally identify with. Then they are willing to kill one another over it. That's the psychological addiction that enslaves most of Humanity.

We are always struggling to fix our problems of living by trying to shape and mold the outer physical conditions. But a plant is the result of the content of its seed. Our minds are in a state of disintegration, which manufactures ideals that brutes come along and demand us to act like those concepts. That is not how energy naturally works. You can't conform to a blueprint that is born out of escaping from being in touch with parts of yourself that it has denounced – that is 'self' vs. 'self'. That is why hypocrisy rules most of the world. It's a lie to fabricate words to obey. Words are meaningless without communion with the reality of ALL states of mind. If I feel angry, then embrace it and learn about it through feeling it. But if you turn to words to bury it, you are separating yourself from being in touch with yourself. That is self-destruction leaving you wide open for others to destroy you, as well. Don't run from anger by condemning the person that stimulated that emotion. You have been presented with an opportunity to see that aspect of your nature and then it will naturally die once it has been completely felt (without trying to improve it or edit it). Throwing negative words at others does not stop your feeling angry; it only intensifies it. And, seeking to hide from anger through pleasant sounding words also strengthens anger that has been buried in its subconscious, which will only rise up even more vehemently again when you least expect it. This is where all cruelty and violence originates, and that is what is being ignored in our so-called education.

All thoughts and feelings are like the weather that burst forth to be fully experienced then it withers away and naturally dies. If we could understand that our emotional side of our nature is like the weather to be fully expressed in cycles that naturally arise as we interact with our fellow man/woman, then we would not need to conjure up false Utopian 'isms to pretend to obey. Right behavior is only naturally born out of the thorough communion with our emotional nature as it is stimulated throughout our daily lives. You are the thing that you emotionally “like” or “dislike”. Holy means, “to be whole”, “not divided or broken up”. You are broken whenever you choose to cling to whatever you “like” and ignore (which is the essence of ignorance) that which you “dislike” – that is division, is it not? You don't like “inequality” if you are on the receiving end of it, so you make up an opposite in which to take emotional comfort. That puts the mind into a trance state in order to pretend like it is now free from “inequality”. But the one who fears being weak and worthless can pretend to be almighty by imposing “inequality” upon others. Both the perpetrator and the recipient of “inequality” are hiding from being in touch with the reality of that which they “dislike”. When mind hides from itself, IT IS MISERY! IT IS VIOLENT!

The mind compares “What Is” (the fact) with “What Should Be” (the fiction or belief). Its prejudice is that: it “likes”, prefers and chooses the “What Should Be” or "The Ideal". So the Ego pretends like the “What Should Be” or "The Ideal" is Reality, Truth or Moral. Then ego (sentimental-mind) becomes enemies with The Truth, Equality and Freedom - which is what it “dislikes”. When the mind is out of touch with “What Is” taking place in its emotional condition (the state it desires to ignore or deny), then that is insanity!  Life means: being in communion with or in full contact with its actual emotional state! When the mind/ego opts to propagandize, believe or make-up reality (of the “What Should Be”), in an immoral struggle to emotionally escape/hide from itself, (which is egocentric), then our mind operates callously fragmented – UN-holy, wicked and monstrously violent.

Yet, a mind that is in conflict with itself imagines itself to be a "saint", "noble" or "honorable" in order to hide from The Truth about what it is actually doing (which is deceiving itself and others). Then, the lie  disguises itself as the “truth” and The Truth (the thing that is being deliberately ignored or concealed) is then treated as being an evil lie. That is the psychologically-conditioned-realm in which most people are buried. It's a zombie-world of the living dead! The biological body is alive, but it is being slowly dragged into a state of rot by its dead mind. Because, it is not in living touch with ALL states of its being. A thing that's out of touch with itself is not related to itself; so, that mind is dead, numb to itself (a.k.a.,it's A Zombie!).

-->> Living (Body) + Dead (Mind) = Zombie

We are faced with LIVING PROBLEMS. Ideals (the “What It Should Be”) are dead things (the storehouse of the past-emotional-memories) modified and projected into the present moments and presented as being "new solutions" (but it's really only a perpetuation of past problems). Newness means nothing old (the natural ending of ones emotional-past through unbiased communion/awareness). The “emotional-word” is born out of the past-emotional-memories of inequality.

If you want to be free of inequality, you must begin by impartially observing every thought and feeling that arises out of your daily social contacts. And, your ego can do nothing to improve what it discovers in that emotional arena; because you are that arena. Any emotional retaliation attempting to alter what you see about your emotional thoughts/feelings will only strengthen those thoughts and feelings. Resistance is Self-Fear. One is then scared to observe oneself as one actually is. Therefore, the mind adopts the “What It Should Be”.

However, in living an unbiased observant life, you are then being the solution – without blindly following some propaganda (emotional-tradition) to become something opposite of the problem (i.e., the Ideal or the “What It Should Be”). The mind only radically changes once it ACTUALLY DETECTS WHAT IT IS FEELING-AND-THINKING from every present moment. Life is in the present moments of being holistically aware of ALL its responses. YOU ARE ALL OF YOUR RESPONSES that must be holistically examined – without control. Mind-control is an illusion, because mind can only cause self-destruction through dividing itself from “What It Is” & “What It Should Be”! Ergo, mind is out of control!

Society's key burden is the sentimental blindness of “The Me” that's out of touch with itself. Social-Policies masquerade as being the rescuer. ALL propaganda and political systems, all over the world, influence people to avoid being in full contact with your emotional responses taking place in your daily life. The only way to get people to live in perpetual inequality, they must maintain a state of mental fragmentation, which breeds desperately seeking leadership. And, the flock must never awaken to The Truth that they don't need a leader once you learn to be a light unto yourself. That Light ignites by seeing what your emotional-mind is doing to trick itself through seeking refuge in psychological conformity in the make-believe of idealism -- i.e., the  “What It Should Be”!

Without sentimental drive, the political system and organized-religion would vanish. So daily, we are being inundated with wave-after-wave of propaganda cheering us on to choose this emotional ideal or belief or opinion over another. Then, doing battle against others who chose against whatever you chose to emotionally identify with. People have allowed themselves to be driven by a ceaseless emotional war, beginning within themselves (of which ALL bloody wars are spawn). If war intelligently ends within, it  will also end externally. War then naturally ends (psychologically, spiritually or emotionally) when one examines everything that one thinks and feels (without defense or offense). Just being in touch and doing nothing else. Then, one is truly free to function as a WHOLE BEING. And, the conflict between the higher & the lower, the leader & the follower and the master & the slave dissolves -- Equality is then born.

But, society has been programmed through emotional, traditional imitation (i.e., Monkey-see-monkey-do mindset). If others are arguing over concepts, beliefs or ideals, then I'm suppose to follow suit – is the presumption. So it does not matter what technological skills you may possess. They are all overrun by emotional self-deception. A mind that is out of touch with itself is an ignorant mind (regardless of how much technological knowledge it has amassed). Because it will use that knowledge to destroy itself and others. The only way that a mind can correctly use knowledge is by being psychologically aware of itself. But, most people are still psychologically in the Dark Ages. So the babble about “What Should Be” marches on, which has no intrinsic value whatsoever.

The only reason this horror carries on is the same reason a deadly virus carries on and that is to consume the host until it is dead. Psychologically, the human mind is consuming itself while it is disintegrating and degenerating its body and environment. This process is unsustainable, which makes it futile, invalid and meaningless. That is why we have more children to replace the zombies that have worn themselves out through this master-slave hoax. After all, the slave is the master and the master is the slave. Because they are two sides of the same coin of self-deceit. They are co-dependent upon each other. Because a master needs a slave in order to convince itself that it is a big deal. And, the slave needs a master in order to pretend like it is not responsible for its own suffering. The slave only suffers due to hiding inside lies (called beliefs) that lead to the alter of sacrifice and bloodshed.

Masters are like a penthouse of a tall fancy-looking skyscraper that pretends to be unassociated from its dark hidden foundation of emotional-slaves upon which it sits atop a CRACKED FOUNDATION of idealism of the “What Should Be” true (which is the lie that they are superior – false!). A building cannot be superior to its foundation. A foundation without a building is pointless, too. So neither the building nor its foundation is superior nor inferior. Like a tree and its trunk and roots, it is one unit. Take away any part and the tree is no more. So social hierarchy of masters & slaves is an illusion. One side cannot exist without the other. End that falsehood in your mind, and it ends in the outer display of the world. Then the front and back wheels work in equal harmony. There is no conflict to overthrow or dominate. There  can only be cooperation, once the mind learns to simply commune with ALL of its mental expressions -- just like ALL of the Earth's weather. Then, the mind-body are ONE harmonious energy.

After all, the guard is dependent upon the prisoner to give himself importance. Then, he is not superior, because the prisoner is being used to define his/her worth. What worth is a warden without prisoners? And, the enslaved secretly likes to be prisoners so that they can pretend to be more self-righteous than their oppressors. They don't want to take responsibility for their torment born out of emotionally attaching themselves to a “What Should Be” (IDEAL or BELIEF of some kind). When you invent a belief, you block yourself from being in touch with the opposite of that belief/ideal. Where there is division there must be a bully-victim scenario. Both sides fuel the human drama of sorrow, pain and inequality (be it economic, dogmatic or gender).

This ancient theater can only end when the mind awakens and makes contact with its entire self. That contact, in and of itself, is like the neutron of the atom. The Neutron is unbiased and is, therefore, Equal! It has no charge (neither negative nor positive charge). And, the Atomic-Neutron doesn't favor the electron-negative energy over the proton-positive energy; nor visa versa. Since our being is also made of atoms, our emotional thoughts/ feelings are expressed both negatively (dislike) and positively (like). We split the atomic structure of our mind whenever it emotionally favors or focuses on “like” over “dislike”; or visa versa. So emotional voting or democracy is fallacious, because it causes a split in the total psyche, which brings about inequality/imbalance among its emotional responses. It does not bring freedom, instead it binds and limits the mind to destroy itself through the fragmentation of believing or emotionally identifying with “What Should Be”.

Hence, both the negative (dislike) and positive (like) thoughts/feelings are at war between itself. Because, the mind is not paying equal, holistic attention to ALL of its emotional thoughts and feelings (be they negative or positive). The mind then operates like an atomic bomb (just like when scientist artificially split the atom, the energy became destructive instead of creative). The mind is psychologically destructive whenever it divides and resists itself through inattention (when it tries to idealistically  become the opposite of whatever it naturally thinks or feels).

When the mind learns about what it is doing that is destructive through purely paying attention, then that attention is neutral (neither positive nor negative), which naturally ends division (the battle between opposite thoughts and feelings withers). Then, the mind can operate creatively, lovingly and sanely. Then, the emotional responses are free to bloom and be watched just like the expression of day and night. When the mind views its entire nature, it is harmoniously equal to itself, and that is how it shall relate to others, as well. Gender wars of inequality fade away when the inside is self-aware, equally.

The emotional mind is the foundation of our lives. So long as that foundation is divided and in conflict within itself, the way we live will continue to be as it always has been. If you use the same volatile ingredients you will continue to get the same explosive outcome, repeatedly throughout human history. It is madness to ignore this fact.

For equality in human relationships, the foundation of the emotional mind must radically change. This silly competition to determine which gender will dominate the other is irrelevant. It's like being concerned about changing the style of the cup while overlooking the poison in the cup. It is the poison that needs to be poured out of the cup, the the container doesn't matter (the container being the gender). Superficial change is not enough. A radical change lies in seeing that which is deceptive about obeying the variations of the beliefs or opinions about the “What Should Be” myths being spun and promoted throughout society. Upon discovering that which is illusory about any ideology, concept or belief (which is the “What Should Be”), your mind leaves the dimension of confusion and conflict and enters the dimension of Absolute Freedom and Clarity. You can't “fight to become free” because all forms of conflict is restricted to the bondage of division = disintegration = insanity = self-destruction.

Once you understand what insanity is, you are no long insane. Once the mind understands the inequality of the way it sees itself, then inequality ends, naturally. You can take all of these words and throw them out the window because unless you do the work of actually looking at your emotional responses and finding out the truth of what is being pointed at, you wont understand this message at all. You will either curse it or praise it or run away from it. Without full attention, all of life is just one great big blob of babble and meaningless noise. Intelligent Wisdom is when communication is born out of the direct communion of “What One Is” actually feeling -- without choosing to, dominate, control or overthrow itself (which is bias/inequality).

When the mind is equally observing ALL of its emotional responses throughout  its daily relationships, one naturally cooperates and relates to others as equals. But, as long as people's emotional state of mind is dividing/classifying its emotions as either "good" or "bad" and resisting certain thoughts and feelings while promoting others, then one must treat others as being "superior" and "inferior" so, as a result, discrimination/inequality will prevail no matter what public relations propaganda is announced to deny it. Such superficial denial about social inequality only breeds a state of "Hypocrisy Of Emotionally Biased Word-Wars"!

Opposing inequality does not end it. Suppression of any kind only gives a temporary appearance of resolving the problem. The problem simply goes into hidden but the problem persists, nonetheless. All social unrest originates from the state of affairs within the emotional area of the mind. The way it is being approached is erroneous, faulty and sustains the problems. I think this is done deliberate to maintain this improper approach of dealing with the emotional mind. So long as the mind remains in a perpetual state of division and conflict, humanity will forever remain enslaved in conflict, which breeds inequality. Holistic self study is the only sane approach to social unrest. Those in power do not want this to ever happen because a mind that is not divided against itself is self-sufficient and cannot be intimidated nor hijacked nor tricked into allowing itself to be taken advantage. The first rule of warfare against the foe is to "Divide & Conquer". Without psychological/emotional division stirred up in the target, the target could not be conquered at all.

Hence, psychological warfare begets war. They present emotional speeches to evoke anger, hatred and fear. Then the rulers point to a scapegoat group to attack and steal their physical security. The public supports war to escape from the pain of their lives and hope to make things better. The targets are overthrown because within their psyche, they are divided. Division takes place in the mind when it chooses to believe in anything in order to avoid being in full direct contact with ALL of its emotions. Due to fearing to be in touch with ourselves, we adopt beliefs seeking emotional comfort. When the mind seeks emotional comfort, it puts its physical security in harms way. Why? Because the mind has split itself, emotionally, so now it can be conquered. The goal of this deadly, devious game is to be more cunning than others so that you can profit off of the loss and misery of your fellow man/woman. This is how most of humanity exists. They superficially whine and complain about the pain of this kind of existence. But what it all boils down to is that hardly anybody is willing to step up and be responsible enough to end their internal conflict. That is the only thing that will change the status quo. Until that happens no collection of words will alter a damn thing. It takes direct action, which is being in touch or contact with your emotional thoughts/feelings. And, it is that actual contact, alone, that will transform the mind to being WHOLE! A Whole mind is not divided. Therefore, it is not in a condition that allows for being conquered by another divided mentality. When ALL of your thoughts and feelings are studied they are being treated with equality. Once you realize that you are ALL of your thoughts and feelings, you also realize that to fight against any of them is to be at war with yourself, which invites others to attack you and take your physical security.

I'm so tired of the media ceaselessly spewing out one tragic story after another then directing people to seek solutions through political representation. That is a lie. Politics is the methodology of pretending to protect and serve the public, while secretly making problems and scaring people so that they will never stop seeking their help. The last thing any government wants is for people to awaken to the error of depending on psychological believing. That, after all, is what is responsible for maintaining a split consciousness that can be controlled, dominated and deceived. We can't blame those who seek to take advantage of our psychological ignorance. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of each one of us to be Holistically in touch with our emotional state of mind. It is not Holistic when you seek to do something about what you observe. The observer IS the observed. The observer is poison. What is being observed is poison. So anything the observer does to try to improve what it is only intensifies it. But the Neutral act of watching is not emotion or memory. The act of seeing or detecting or being aware of what you are feeling or thinking, emotionally, is what naturally Neutralizes what is being observed. There is no opposition or conflict when you simply be aware of any emotion. The energy in that Holistic Awareness awakens Wisdom/Intelligence that is Whole. That is the solution to all the misery (inequality, cruelty, hierarchy, war, etc.).

But, most people don't want a REAL Solution. They only want to change the outside while leaving the content rotten. It's like pruning the rotten leaves off a tree but ignoring the rotting roots. You can keep playing around with the leaves. But their roots will just keep on producing more rotten leaves. That is the Human condition. We play around with fragmentary solutions. We never consider approaching our problems Holistically. All human problems are born out of a psychological state of its observer believes that whatever it observes is different from itself. That has been the status quo for thousands of years. Now this traditional thought process keeps trying to make it work. It has been using the same approach while expecting a different result. That is the definition of insanity. The approach is wrong and will continue generating more terrifying problems, which is exactly what the rulers want so that they can continue to rule, no matter what damage is done to the world. But, if the people wont be responsible for understanding themselves, they are giving their permission to be ruled and abused. After all, when a mind refuses to be in contact with its Whole being, it is being cruel and abusive to itself.

Thank you.

“Is there a thinking without the word? When the mind is not cluttered up with words, then thinking is not thinking as we know it; but it is an activity without the word, without the symbol; therefore it has no frontier; the word is the frontier. The word creates the limitation, the boundary. And a mind that is not functioning in words, has no limitation; it has no frontiers; it is not bound. Take the word 'love' and see what it awakens in you. Watch yourself; the moment I mention that word, you are beginning to smile and you sit up, you feel. So the word 'love' awakens all kinds of ideas, all kinds of divisions such as carnal, spiritual, profane, infinite, and all the rest of it. But, find out what Love is. Surely, sir, to find out what Love is, the mind must be free of that word, and the significance of that word.”

"Believing" divides and breeds conflict.
